Manufactured with a premium copper-sintered friction compound, the R478 delivers consistent braking performance under both low and high operating temperatures while offering excellent durability for demanding riding conditions.
Designed to provide smooth rear wheel modulation and reliable braking stability, the R478 performs consistently during repeated braking, helping improve rider control on steep descents, loose terrain, muddy trails, and technical sections. Its heat-resistant compound minimizes performance fade while maintaining predictable braking feel throughout every ride.
