Aluminum Sprocket for KTM - D Shaped
The NIBBI Racing Aluminum Sprocket for KTM - D Shaped combines CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum construction, an orange anodized finish and a distinctive D-shaped internal cutout pattern. Designed for compatible KTM motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycles, it is available in 49T, 50T, 51T and 52T gearing options.
Distinctive D-Shaped Cutout Architecture
This version shares the same core material and mounting specifications as the standard NIBBI KTM aluminum sprocket, while using a different internal cutout geometry for a more distinctive visual profile.
The sprocket body incorporates repeated D-shaped openings around the center section. The machined openings remove unnecessary material from the aluminum body while creating a recognizable alternative to the circular-cutout version.
The bright orange surface maintains the racing appearance of the NIBBI drivetrain range while providing an anodized protective surface for the aluminum sprocket.
Built Around Lightweight Aluminum Construction
CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, combining high material strength with the weight advantage of an aluminum rear sprocket.
The internal D-shaped openings reduce material in non-tooth areas of the sprocket and give this version its own distinctive structural appearance.
The orange anodized finish increases surface protection while giving the sprocket a highly visible appearance suited to performance builds.
The sprocket profile incorporates grooves intended to help move accumulated dirt and debris away from the chain contact area during off-road use.
Aluminum construction combined with CNC material removal helps reduce sprocket weight compared with a conventional solid steel sprocket design.
Four available tooth counts allow riders and workshops to select the rear gearing that best matches the motorcycle setup and intended use.
