Suleiman, a rider for Team Nibbi Racing, faced every competitor’s worst nightmare: a blown tire mid-race, sending his bike crashing hard into the abrasive gravel. In that cloud of dust, it seemed hope itself might be buried. But as observers held their breath, this tough rider - eyes wet but resolve firm - did something that left no one unmoved.
