PWN Carburetor Features

High-flow Design

Features a high-flow design, it provides better airflow and fuel atomization.

It helps improve engine performance and throttle response.

Power Jet

The PWN carburetors have a large throttle bore size, which allows for more airflow into the engine.

The larger the throttle bore, the more air can be drawn into the engine. It improves power and response.

Accelerator Pump Unit

A quick boost of fuel is provided to your engine by the accelerator pump when the gas pedal is pressed quickly, enabling smooth acceleration.

The two-stroke version looks the same, but does not have an accelerator pump unit.

Rintegrated Fuel Injection

Featured an integrated fuel injection system, it allows precise control of fuel delivery.

Multiple Adjustable Features

Air, fuel mixture, and idle speed, all have a range of adjustable features.

It allows for fine tuning of fuel delivery to optimize engine performance.

High-strength Materials

Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel high-strength materials, there is also an anti-oxidation layer.

It provides excellent durability under high pressure conditions.

Easy Maintenance

The modular design allows for easy disassembly and maintenance.

This is especially important in racing applications where quick repairs and adjustments are often required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common queries regarding product, installation, services, and more.

What type of build is the NIBBI PWN carburetor intended for?

The PWN Series is positioned primarily for high-performance 2-stroke dirt-bike and racing applications. Its compact performance design is intended for riders who already understand their engine specification and tuning requirements. Confirm any non-2-stroke application with NIBBI support before ordering.

What PWN sizes are available?

The current PWN family is offered in large-bore performance sizes. Availability can change, so use the size options shown on the live product page and confirm the engine-side and air-filter-side dimensions for the exact model before purchasing.

Can a PWK carburetor be used on both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines?

PWK carburetors are used in both 2-stroke and 4-stroke applications, but the same size and jetting will not suit every engine. Confirm the engine type, displacement, current carburetor dimensions, fuel system and intended riding use before choosing a model.

Can I choose a PWN carburetor based only on engine displacement?

No. Displacement alone is not enough for a PWN setup. Confirm engine type, cylinder and porting, intake diameter, mounting space, exhaust specification and the carburetor currently fitted. An oversized carburetor may reduce low-speed response and make the engine harder to tune.

Is a PWN carburetor a direct replacement for a PWK carburetor?

Do not assume it is a direct replacement. Even when the bore size appears similar, the overall length, spigot, air-filter connection, cable arrangement and jet system may differ. Compare the complete specification drawing before ordering.

Can I use the standard NIBBI throttle cable with a PWN carburetor?

The standard NIBBI cable used for other carburetor families should not be assumed to fit PWN. Verify the cap, cable end, free length and throttle assembly required for the exact PWN model. Contact support before purchasing a cable or twist throttle for this setup.

Do PWN carburetors use the same jets as PE, PWK or FCR?

Do not mix jet families unless the part is explicitly listed as compatible. The customer-service reference identifies PWN as using its own jet arrangement in several applications. Use jets specified for the exact PWN model and record the original settings before making changes.
