How to Choose Carburetor

Confirm Your Engine Type and Capacity

Before ordering a carburetor, please confirm your engine is a 2-stroke or 4-stroke. And the engine capacity is also important. You can check it in the engine manual or the label on the engine.

Measure the Size of Carburetor Interface

Notice the outer diameter of the engine, compare the inner diameter of the carburetor interface, and ensure the carburetor can be installed correctly. Besides, if the carburetor is a flanged port, please notice the distance between the two holes.

Measure the Inner Diameter of Intake Manifold

Comparing the intake manifold inner diameter to the carburetor outer diameter, the size needs to be matched. Normally 100cc ~ 18-20mm, 200cc ~ 24-26mm, 250cc ~ 28-30mm, 300cc ~ 30mm-38mm.

Check Fuel Delivery Method: Gravity or Pump?

Please make sure your engine uses gravity fuel supply, normally fuel tank is located above the carburetor. Nibbi Racing carburetor is only fit for gravity fuel supply.

Confirm Throttle and Choke Types

Check your original throttle cable type, Nibbi Racing carburetors only fit for the pull-type cable, so make sure is compatible. Moreover the choke type is only fit for the manual choke.
