N300-SR

The N300-SR is powered by a dynamic single-cylinder, two-stroke, liquid-cooled engine with balance shafts. Its adjustable suspension setup consists of a 910mm front and a 295mm rear. As with the other models, it features disc brakes and has tires sized 90/90-21 at the front and 140/80-18 at the rear.

Carburetor

The N300-SR 2-stroke features NIBBI PWN38 Carburetor,easily adjusting the ideal air-fuel mixture in different ambient (Temperature/Humidity/Pressure). Single control for both idle speed and enricher settings.

Exhaust

Tailored specifically for the N300SR, the muffler ensures unrestricted performance and provides improved ground clearance to reduce the risk of impact damage off-road. The muffler also features an aluminum mounting bracket and advanced internal construction for excellent power and sound deadening and reduced weight.

Latest Chassis

Lightweight Frame

The chromium molybdenum steel frame is refined, which is no longer connected to the main tube, significantly improving the anti-squat behavior of the chassis. With optimized wall thickness in high-stress areas improving reliability, the frame continues to offer advanced geometries and flex characteristics aimed at providing unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. The frame is complete with a black powder coating, with an additional robust skid plate that offers exceptional frame and engine protection.

Aluminium Subframe

A lightweight subframe takes charge at the rear of the main frame, offering exceptional strength and durability by featuring a refined and aluminum construction. The refined subframe is also shorter, more compact, and more robust, with the ability to bend and flex in the event of a crash, rather than break. The subframe fully integrates the electronic components, without any extra need for brackets, holders, or unnecessary fixtures.

Swingarm

The new hollow die-cast aluminium swingarm is manufactured from a single piece of aluminium using an improved casting process for optimal stiffness and a 280g weight reduction. In order to optimise and match the flex characteristics of the new frame, a new 22 mm rear axle is fitted. Additionally, the chain guard and chain slider have been completely redesigned for improved durability with the chain guard made with a rounder profile to prevent catching on external objects.

Front Suspension

Designed and developed for the rigors of enduro riding, this fork features a high damping rebound reserve that optimizes oil flow to prevent blistering, thus improving performance, and is very effective on heavy landings, maintaining maximum forward momentum, with up and down adjustable rebound damping.

Shock Absorber

They are innovatively crafted to provide both high speed and low speed rebound damping to adjust to the rider's preference and specific terrain.Shock contributes to overall handling and stability. By absorbing bumps and vibrations, the shock reduces the impact on the rider, minimizing the chances of losing control or being unsettled during acceleration. This allows the rider to maintain a more consistent and controlled riding.

Handlebars

Made of high quality 7075 aluminum alloy, the handlebars offer top stability and control, a bar pad on the handlebar brace protects the rider from any impact.

Technology Advanced

Triple Clamps

The advantages of this system compared to a conventional triple clamp are the lower deformation of the fork stanchions in the clamping area, which has a noticeable effect on the response of the fork but also the design with the two opposing clamps, which ensure more security against twisting of the fork by the self-locking effect.

Ignition Coil

The high voltage of the NIBBI ignition coil ensures a strong and consistent spark for efficient combustion and smooth engine performance, ensures optimal engine performance, fuel efficiency, and longevity.

Airbox

With precisely positioned inlet ducts reducing air flow deformation, the airbox ensures unrestricted airflow with maximum filter protection from water and dirt intrusion. The NIBBI Foam Air Filter is mounted onto a cage designed to offer accurate installation and can be easily accessed without tools by removing the left side panel.
