Best carb on the market

Hands down best carb I've brought gone through 4 cheap chinese carbs on my cub running a 110cc lifan non of them ran perfect and all of them wore out very prematurely,

the nibbi on the other hand, packaged amazing which was a nod to the quality to come, got it out bolted it on and the bike kicked off in no less than 2 kicks (first kick very time since) had to make minimal adjustments to the mixture screw and idle runs a treat littary good to go out the box

The only slight issue I encountered my throttle cable was a tad long doesn't suit a standard pitbike throttle cable but I made myself a little spacer up and was good to go

Bought this for my son’s SSR110. This carb is awesome!! It really gave the bike more power and excellent throttle response. I highly recommend this carburetor! I also added the high flow cone.

Installed and little spray of starter fluid to help prime and all it took. Worked better

Love it!

Easy to install, improved performance by far. Highly recommend. I installed this on a RFX x19 125cc dirtbike and it really woke it up. Be sure to buy their air filter with it. Might also be worth while getting a new throttle assembly while you do this. Not necessary but may help improve the feeling of the accelerator.

HOW TO CHOOSE CARBURETOR

Confirm your engine type and capacity

Before ordering a carburetor, please confirm your engine is a 2-stroke or 4-stroke. And the engine capacity is also important. You can check it in the engine manual or the label on the engine.

MEASURE THE SIZE OF CARBURETOR INTERFACE

Notice the outer diameter of the engine, compare the inner diameter of the carburetor interface, and ensure the carburetor can be installed correctly. Besides, if the carburetor is a flanged port, please notice the distance between the two holes.

MEASURE THE INNER DIAMETER OF INTAKE MANIFOLD

Comparing the intake manifold inner diameter to the carburetor outer diameter, the size needs to be matched. Normally 100cc ~ 18-20mm, 200cc ~ 24-26mm, 250cc ~ 28-30mm, 300cc ~ 30mm-38mm.

CHECK FUEL DELIVERY METHOD: GRAVITY OR PUMP?

Please make sure your engine uses gravity fuel supply, normally fuel tank is located above the carburetor. Nibbi Racing carburetor is only fit for gravity fuel supply.

CONFIRM THROTTLE AND DAMPER TYPES

Check your original throttle cable type, Nibbi Racing carburetors only fit for the pull-type cable, so make sure is compatible. Moreover the choke type is only fit for the manual choke.
