N300

N300 is equipped with a single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled engine with an overhead camshaft (OHC), designed inclined for optimal performance. This bike rides on an adjustable 910mm front suspension and a 385mm rear suspension. Disc brakes are standard for both front and rear, ensuring efficient stopping power.

Engine

NIBBI CB300RL engine is a new choice for 4-stoke. Repositioned tilted angle for an improved center of gravity, while it’s high-revving power and intelligent low friction design provide the goods at every twist of the throttle.

Carburetor

N300 4-stroke features NIBBI PWK34 Carburetor, easily adjusting the ideal air-fuel mixture in different ambient (Temperature/Humidity/Pressure). Adjustable power jet setting delivers additional fuel at high RPM at every twist of the throttle.

Exhaust

The exhaust system is designed to deliver hard hitting performance at the lowest possible weight and noise. The 2-piece header pipe design is made to be as compact as possible, with the routing of the header pipe extremely close to the engine for maximum of mass centralization and minimum exposure to rocks. A short, compact silencer is crafted from lightweight aluminum and finished in a premium matt-black coating.

Lightweight Frame

The chromium molybdenum steel frame is refined, which is no longer connected to the main tube, significantly improving the anti-squat behavior of the chassis. With optimized wall thickness in high-stress areas improving reliability, the frame continues to offer advanced geometries and flex characteristics aimed at providing unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. The frame is complete with a black powder coating, with an additional robust skid plate that offers exceptional frame and engine protection.

Aluminium Subframe

A lightweight subframe takes charge at the rear of the main frame, offering exceptional strength and durability by featuring a refined and aluminum construction. The refined subframe is also shorter, more compact, and more robust, with the ability to bend and flex in the event of a crash, rather than break. The subframe fully integrates the electronic components, without any extra need for brackets, holders, or unnecessary fixtures.

Swingarm

Hollow, die-cast aluminum rocker arms are lightweight but very strong. They are stiff and reliable, with a big weight saving. Attaching rear shock absorbers directly gives us unmatched passability over tough obstacles.

Triple Clamps

The advantages of this system compared to a conventional triple clamp are the lower deformation of the fork stanchions in the clamping area, which has a noticeable effect on the response of the fork but also the design with the two opposing clamps, which ensure more security against twisting of the fork by the self-locking effect.

The high voltage of the NIBBI ignition coil ensures a strong and consistent spark for efficient combustion and smooth engine performance, ensures optimal engine performance, fuel efficiency, and longevity.

Airbox

With precisely positioned inlet ducts reducing air flow deformation, the airbox ensures unrestricted airflow with maximum filter protection from water and dirt intrusion. The NIBBI Foam Air Filter is mounted onto a cage designed to offer accurate installation and can be easily accessed without tools by removing the left side panel.
