LIGHTNESS & REENGINEERED

Command Every Line

With total system weight reduced to 62.8 kg, the R-120 Pro carries less mass through every maneuver. The lighter design helps it respond more readily through turns, sidehills, and quick transitions - making the bike easier to place with less rider effort.

More Float Up Front

310 MM FRONT SKI

Front ski width grows from 290 to 310 mm. The added surface area is designed to help the nose ride higher in soft powder and provide clearer steering feedback when breaking trail or changing lines.

Taller Lugs - Deeper Bite

65 MM LUGS · 30% TALLER

Lug height increases from 50 to 65 mm while pitch tightens from 73 to 62 mm. The combination is designed to reach deeper into soft snow, maintain more consistent engagement, and help reduce wasted spin under throttle.

REBOUND & COMPRESSION ADJUSTABLE

Dial In Every Ride

Dual-adjustable NIBBI rear shocks let riders fine-tune rebound and compression for changing snow conditions, terrain, and riding styles. With 85 mm of rear travel, the suspension helps deliver controlled response and consistent track contact across bumps, climbs, and technical lines.

RIDER SUPPORT

Questions Before You Ride?

Start with the essentials, then contact us for model-specific fitment and setup guidance.

What changed from the Vanguard R-120 Pro?

The R-120 Pro uses 65 mm track lugs and a tighter 62 mm pitch, weighs 2.8 kg less overall, adds a longer and lower rear module, and widens the front ski by 20 mm. The NIBBI brake and dual-adjustable shocks are retained.

What terrain is the R-120 Pro designed for?

It focuses on deep powder, steep climbs, carving, and technical sidehills. Actual performance varies with snow conditions, motorcycle setup, load, and rider experience.

Do the taller lugs affect track durability?

The 65 mm lugs and tighter 62 mm pitch are designed as one system. Track life still depends on correct tension, alignment, inspection, maintenance, and operation within the conditions specified in the product manual.

Is professional installation recommended?

Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with snow bike conversions. Always follow the official installation guide, torque specifications, alignment procedure, and pre-ride checklist.

What should I inspect before each ride?

Check track tension and alignment, brake operation, chain condition, shock settings, fasteners, and snow or ice buildup. Follow the maintenance intervals in the official manual.

What motorcycles are compatible with the Vanguard R-120 Pro?

The R-120 Pro is designed for four-stroke off-road motorcycles with an engine displacement of 250 cc or above. Final fitment may vary by make, model, year, and chassis configuration, so please contact NIBBI to confirm compatibility.

Can I purchase the R-120 Pro directly?

The Vanguard R-120 Pro is not currently available for individual retail purchase. Dealers and distributors interested in carrying the product are welcome to contact the NIBBI team for pricing, availability, and partnership information.
