NIBBI Racing Aluminum Sprocket for KTM
Built for riders looking to reduce rotating mass without compromising drivetrain strength, the NIBBI Racing Aluminum Sprocket is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and finished in a distinctive orange anodized coating. Available in 49T, 50T, 51T and 52T configurations, it is designed for compatible KTM off-road, enduro and motocross applications.
Lightweight by Design
A performance-focused sprocket combining lightweight aluminum construction, CNC machining and an open circular cutout structure.
CNC-machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to provide a lightweight alternative to conventional steel rear sprockets.
Large circular openings reduce unnecessary material in the sprocket body, helping lower overall weight while creating a distinctive racing-inspired look.
The orange anodized finish enhances surface hardness and wear resistance while giving the drivetrain a highly visible performance appearance.
The sprocket profile incorporates self-cleaning features designed to help move dirt and debris away from the chain contact area during off-road use.
Aluminum construction and extensive weight-relief machining help reduce rotating and unsprung mass compared with a typical steel sprocket design.
