Great carb for SSR bikes

I bought my son a SSR SR250S and the standard carb is complete junk. The Nibbi carb completely changed the bikes character, no more splattering or flat spots. The bike is now great for trail riding

My bike didn't run right new. I bought this carb and put it on. Best decision I made. Idles great and runs perfect throughout. Put 2 hours of hard single track going from 30ft in elevation up to over 3000ft with no problems. Couldn't be happier. I put it on my Trailmaster tm38 with a NC250 engine.

What a great carburetor for my Honda gx390 installed it and ran perfectly. Definitely worth the buy

If you have a Zongshen 250-300cc engine buy this.

I purchased a Trailmaster TM38 that ran horribly out of the box. Attempted to tune the factory Carb and the efforts were fruitless. The only way I could get the bike to run half decently was to run it really lean but it would still splatter and have flat spots all over the powerband.

After rejecting the factory carb 10 times I gave in and bought the Nibbi PWK34 based off of other guys with SSRs (same engine). I bolted up the Nibbi, didn’t change the jets and the bike fired up. Bike pulls through out the power band cleanly on the needle and main jet. At neutral throttle cruising there is no bucking or splattering.

If you own a Zongshen 250-300cc bike just buy this and save yourself the frustration of trying to tune the factory carb.

HOW TO CHOOSE CARBURETOR

Confirm your engine type and capacity

Before ordering a carburetor, please confirm your engine is a 2-stroke or 4-stroke. And the engine capacity is also important. You can check it in the engine manual or the label on the engine.

MEASURE THE SIZE OF CARBURETOR INTERFACE

Notice the outer diameter of the engine, compare the inner diameter of the carburetor interface, and ensure the carburetor can be installed correctly. Besides, if the carburetor is a flanged port, please notice the distance between the two holes.

MEASURE THE INNER DIAMETER OF INTAKE MANIFOLD

Comparing the intake manifold inner diameter to the carburetor outer diameter, the size needs to be matched. Normally 100cc ~ 18-20mm, 200cc ~ 24-26mm, 250cc ~ 28-30mm, 300cc ~ 30mm-38mm.

CHECK FUEL DELIVERY METHOD: GRAVITY OR PUMP?

Please make sure your engine uses gravity fuel supply, normally fuel tank is located above the carburetor. Nibbi Racing carburetor is only fit for gravity fuel supply.

CONFIRM THROTTLE AND DAMPER TYPES

Check your original throttle cable type, Nibbi Racing carburetors only fit for the pull-type cable, so make sure is compatible. Moreover the choke type is only fit for the manual choke.
