History Made: Nibbi Racing Wins the ECR eMoto Title at 2025 Red Bull TKO

The 15th annual Red Bull Tennessee Knockout (TKO) returned to the Trials Training Center in Sequatchie, Tennessee from August 8–10, 2025, bringing together the world’s best extreme enduro riders. Among the fiercest battles was the ECR eMoto Race, a category that has quickly grown into one of the event’s highlights as electric dirt bikes continue to carve their place in off-road racing.

This year marked a historic moment for Nibbi Racing, as the team not only fielded three strong riders in the eMoto divisions but also secured the E Moto Amateur Championship through a breakout performance by Osvaldo Neto (#7343). With incredible speed, consistency, and determination, Neto stunned the field and brought home a first-ever Red Bull TKO title for the Nibbi Racing team.

Rider Osvaldo Neto stands proudly on the top step of the podium after claiming first place with a winning time of 1:28:14.206. Tucker Neary secured second place with a time of 2:02:31.000, while Nathan Bilbrey rounded out the podium in third place.

Three Days of Racing Action

The Red Bull Tennessee Knockout is notorious for its brutal terrain and knockout race format. Competitors must survive multiple rounds of racing across the weekend, with only the toughest advancing to Sunday’s finals.

This year’s three-day schedule was as follows:

  • Friday – Hot Lap Qualifier: Timed runs to establish the starting grid.
  • Saturday – TKO Race #1: Full-course races for Pro and Amateur eMoto classes, determining who advances to the finals.
  • Sunday – Final Knockout Races: Decisive runs across the toughest course layouts, with both Expert and Amateur eMoto categories battling for the titles.

The terrain at the Trials Training Center was especially unforgiving in 2025. With added rock gardens, technical climbs, and longer sections, even finishing the course became a badge of honor. For eMoto riders, there is an extra layer of challenge.

Friday: Hot Lap Qualifying

The weekend began with timed hot laps to decide the starting order for Saturday.

In the E Moto Expert class, Wallace Palmer (#27)—wearing his Nibbi Racing gear—set a blistering pace with a lap of 8:37.196, which placed him second in class and set the tone for the team’s competitive spirit.

In the E Moto Amateur class, both Osvaldo Neto (#7343) and Noah Palmer (#1366) immediately showcased their potential. Neto clocked a 10:11.461, while Noah Palmer followed closely with a 10:23.189. Their performances secured second and third positions in class, effectively putting Nibbi Racing in control of the leaderboard.

It was a strong start: all three riders placed inside the top three of their divisions heading into Saturday.

Saturday: TKO Race

Saturday’s racing saw the first real test of endurance. Riders had to complete a full course under knockout-style rules, with only the best moving forward to the Sunday finals.

E Moto Expert:

  • Wallace Palmer powered through the technical terrain, managing both pace and endurance. His finishing time of 1:16:28.897 earned him a third-place finish in the Expert class. His consistency meant he would line up well for the finals.

E Moto Amateur:

  • Noah Palmer (#1366) delivered an outstanding performance, finishing the course in 1:13:48.283, placing him at the very top of the Amateur division.

  • Osvaldo Neto (#7343) was just behind, securing second place with a time of 1:17:04.674.

Together, Noah and Osvaldo locked down a 1–2 finish for Nibbi Racing in the Amateur category, underlining the team’s depth and strength. With all three riders safely through to the Sunday finals, anticipation grew for what could be a career-defining day.

Sunday: The Final Knockout

The Sunday final is always the most brutal stage of the Tennessee Knockout, and 2025 was no exception. The course had been extended with more technical challenges—steeper climbs, slick rock sections, and punishing obstacles that tested both rider and machine.

Unfortunately, the finals also brought heartbreak for part of the Nibbi Racing team.

E Moto Expert:

  • Wallace Palmer (#27) rode with determination but was forced to retire mid-race due to a rock breaking the bike's brake pedal. His early performance had shown he was capable of a podium finish, but the Tennessee terrain claimed another victim.

E Moto Amateur:

  • Noah Palmer (#1366) faced similar misfortune, also suffering mechanical issues mid-race that prevented him from completing the final. Despite a promising Saturday performance, the rugged terrain proved unforgiving.

But where some dreams ended, another one began.

Osvaldo Neto (#7343), riding with composure far beyond his years, not only survived the Knockout but thrived. Among the 18 Amateur competitors, only four riders managed to finish the final course. Neto not only finished—he dominated.

With a final time of 1:28:14.206, Neto crossed the line nearly half an hour ahead of second-place finisher Tucker Neary (2:02:31.000). It was a commanding victory, a statement performance, and one that will go down in the history of the ECR eMoto category at the Red Bull TKO.

Post-Race Reflections

Following the intensity of the 2025 Red Bull Tennessee Knockout, Noah Palmer (#1366) shared his thoughts with fans on Instagram. After taking first place on Saturday and securing a strong position heading into the finals, Noah faced a cascade of mechanical setbacks on Sunday—from chain issues to motor codes that repeatedly shut his bike down. Despite the adversity, he pushed forward with determination and managed to bring the bike across the finish line.

Noah and Wallace’s story embodies what the Red Bull TKO is all about - resilience, grit, and the will to keep going when the odds are stacked against you. While the weekend brought challenges, it also proved his capability to perform among the best, and set the stage for even greater achievements in the races to come.

Victory in Sequatchie was not just Osvaldo Neto’s triumph; it was a reflection of a collective effort. Wallace Palmer’s pace in the Expert class, Noah Palmer’s relentless determination despite setbacks, and the behind-the-scenes dedication of the crew all came together to define the spirit of the team.

In moments of glory and in moments of challenge, Nibbi Racing stood as one - proving that unity and resilience are the true foundations of success.

Looking Ahead

With this victory, Nibbi Racing has set a new benchmark for future participation in eMoto racing. The team is already focused on preparing for the next rounds of international competition, fine-tuning bikes, and building on the experience gained at TKO 2025.

The 2025 Red Bull Tennessee Knockout will be remembered for its extreme difficulty, dramatic battles, and historic outcomes. But above all, it will be remembered as the year Nibbi Racing made history.
